Brooches & Pins
Six brooches, and the smallest collection in the shop: leaves, a sunflower, a horse, a rose, each around 25mm and weighing almost nothing.
Brooches have quietly come back — on a lapel, on a bag strap, at the collar of a shirt, pinning a scarf so it stays where you put it. They are also the cheapest way into the shop, none costing more than $26.
The mechanism matters more than the motif. Every one here uses a locking pin back rather than the old rotating clasp, which is what actually falls off.
Silver suits this format: it takes crisp detail at small scale, and it is light enough that it does not pull the fabric out of shape.
